TeamSOLD Realty as an agency is managed and run by a qualified Principal Property Practitioner Mr Kenny Emedo, who is a multi-award winning and celebrated real estate professional with many years experiences in the South African real estate profession, and had worked as a top performer and rain-maker with some of the top local and international estate agency brands in South Africa. He holds a Bachelor’s degree Accounting; Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance; Bachelor of Law (LLB), and has NQF 4 & 5 in Real Estate. Mr Emedo was a former banker, and an astute serial entrepreneur with many start-ups in diverse businesses including banking, logistics, security, and cleaning. He has served as a former Director Institute of Estate Agents South Africa (IEASA –Johannesburg Metro Branch); Former founding Interim Vice Chairman Gauteng-Real Estate Business Owners Association (REBOSA); and was nominated to serve on the Accounting Committee on behalf of real estate sector in Services SETA. Our head office is situated in the Kwazulu Natal Midlands city of Pietermaritzburg, the Capital City of the province. It is a beautiful city known as the City of Choice or sleeping hollow which is along the national road N3 between Johannesburg and the coastal city of Durban.
